Restaurant Manager
Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a premium dining experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury hospitality and the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow and service delivery.
• Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and overall guest experience.
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels or high-end stand-alone restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage operations efficiently and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Preferably European national.
• Able to relocate or be based in Riyadh.

Salary:
SAR 12,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
