We are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist to manage and maintain our clinic’s IT infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is essential for supporting our clinical, administrative, and operational teams while maintaining compliance with quality and CBAHI standards.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily technical support for staff regarding computers, software, printers, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, systems, and network devices.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions.
• Monitor network performance and resolve internal/external connectivity issues.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure protection against viruses and cyber threats.
• Maintain servers, firewall systems, and ensure server-room readiness.
• Manage clinical systems such as EMR, HR systems, attendance devices, and CCTV.
• Monitor security systems and cloud storage.
• Document technical incidents and prepare routine IT reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and system development.
• Support accreditation inspections and audits.
• Train staff on IT systems and best practices.
• Oversee AMC contracts, maintenance schedules, and updates.
• Ensure all IT operations comply with internal policies and information security standards.

Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of IT support experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and server management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Salary:
• SAR 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
